Caradoc stirred from his sleep, eyes cracking open just the slightest amount in the pitch blackness. But even in the silence and dark, he can feel her warmth beside him. Her body curled in on his, and although he’d been thinking of standing and escaping to the washroom for a moment, he pauses when he realizes her fingers are tightly gripping the front of his shirt. It’s an intimate hold, and utterly unexpected. He can only sit in stunned quiet, his eyes studying the grip of her fingers. Barely noticing the entanglement of their legs, or the tickle of her hair on his cheek. Even in a dead sleep, she’s impossibly close. Like she thinks he’ll slip away in the night, and rather than have him leave her, she’ll physically hold him to her…
 
Instantly his eyes snap shut, taking a few steadying breaths to relax himself. But once his limbs are no longer stiff with shock, he slowly shifts closer to her. Meeting her halfway in the embrace. His fingers slipping up to his chest and over her hand, tilting his head until their temples graze, and slipping his other arm over her slim waist. He can’t remember the last time he laid this close to someone. Not because he was sleeping with them, or their skin was brushing over each other’s in passion,. Because that was something else entirely. This was comfort. A foreign intimacy that filled his chest with heat and made his head dizzy with… gratitude, and a strange feeling of safety. Which was absurd…. wasn’t it? Rather than over think why it feels as though she’s reached out to him, in just the way that he could best understand, he slides his eyes closed and takes deep, steadying breaths. Joining her in sleep, but in return, never loosening his own hold.

Short rant: So I have come to the conclusion that I very much admire Emmeline. She is part of the Order in both wars and is also part of the Advanced Guard sent to protect Harry. We hear of her capture and murder from Snape.
But theories abounded about the truth of this before the final book came out.
1. Emmeline's death was faked. The details are vague, a body was never found, the wizard PM thought the muggle PM hadn't heard about her death {So no grizzly details}.
And then when Dumbledore is trying to coax Draco to come to the good side he says "He cannot kill you if you are already dead... nor would the Death Eaters be surprised that we had captured and killed your mother…” " So the Order has ways of making people disappear if they need to.
~Conclusion! Emmeline is in the witness protection program, Wizard Edition.
 
2. Emmeline is portrayed as very independent and stubborn and strong. Great, huh? Not so great if you;re Sturgis Podmore <3
So Emmeline has always been on the good side and ready for war. She participates in the first wizarding war as part of The Order. She participates in the second war as part of the order and volunteers to be part of the Advanced guard that protects harry potter. The second theory is that Snape needed a way to prove concretely that he was on Voldemorts side. This meant he needed to kill an order member. If the Wizard Witness Protection Program isn't technically a thing it is assumed Emmeline volunteered. She strikes me as the type who would do anything for her cause, including sacrifice herself. She felt that strongly about the Dark Lord and getting rid of him that she would give her life to ensure it would come to fruition. I can just picture Sturgis pleading with her not to do it, to let someone else do it. And of course she would refuse him, tell him there is no one else. She would kiss him and disapparate with Snape to finish it.
~Conclusion! She sacrificed herself for the cause.
 

But personally I like the first idea better, though both are plausible. I'd like to think after the war Sturgis found Emmeline in a small Muggle town and proposed on the spot. They get married and lead simple lives and maybe even eventually have children :D
 
If the conclusion that she is dead is the true one than I suppose Sturgis would have mourned her heavily for quite some time. He would take comfort from Hestia Jones, Emmeline'e best friend, and they would find in each other the thing they each needed. Again with marriage and possible children.

x short biography. Benny boy, what a man. Ben was raised by his grandparents, his parents were deemed unfit to raise him. Ben remembers the years he spent with his parents, living in a filthy house, constantly hungry. The only thing he had to take solace in was the small guitar he found in the park one day. Ben was eight years old when some one finally took notice of his disheveled and malnourished appearance. After that it took some adjusting to a life without constant deprivation. His grandparents were good people and raised him right. Now Ben is a tried and true gentleman, too shy to really be a ladies man. He has the looks, the build, the charm to be the perfect guy. But he doesn't concern himself with that, he just wants to be himself and be accepted.A humble boy, he gets good grades and does his best to be the best though he knows his grandparents don't care if he's perfect just happy. Ben challenges himself to meet and then surpass his own goals and he is often successful. His audition for the camp wasn't flawless but it was enough to get him in and for that he is grateful.

~ His guitar
He still has that same guitar from his childhood. He is too fond of the thing to get rid of it and it is a symbol of his freedom, his perseverance. It's coming with him to camp and he plans on having everyone sign it at the end, like a cast on your arm.
~ Foggy mornings
Ben is a morning person and can often be found on the porch at sunrise strumming his guitar with a mug of hot chocolate nearby. For some reason he finds them both peaceful and unnerving and the paradox intrigues him.
~ Physical fitness
For so many years Ben was underweight, malnourished and just in general unhealthy. Once he was in a proper home he worked on getting healthy and now it's become quite the personal obsession. He works out, works to keep his body in good shape but doesn't over do it.
~ Reaching goals
As mentioned before Ben sets goals for himself and then goes above and beyond to meet and surpass those goals. Some people would think it unnecessary but Ben hates being idle and hates being less than he knows he can be. He promised himself a long time ago that he would never waste the opportunities he's been given.

~Being dirty
Now, Ben doesn't mind going paintballing or getting sweaty or anything like that. What he hates here is being needlessly dirty, or going without a shower for even one day. He takes a great pride in his personal hygiene routine though his friends might call it high maintenance or metro. Ben doesn't mind these quips because he smells fantastic and has great hair because of it.
~Spiders
It's hard to admit, him being this big, strong guy but Ben HATES spiders. He used to live alongside them, wake up with them on his arm or face and it still gives him nightmares on occasion.
~Bills
Though Ben is still living with his grandparents he has an inherent fear of bills. When he was little they used to pile up and eventually the creditors stopped calling but Ben was always afraid when another one would arrive in a thin, white envelope. To avoid having money problems he got a job at the local cafe and has saved every penny for the future.

x short biography. Fearless, Feisty, Frank. These are but a few words used to describe Kit. As a child the brunette took an instant like to music of any kind. She would dance to everything and bang on the piano in the living room. Her mom noticed her infatuation and put her in lessons for every instrument she could think of. Kit thrived on a diet of musicaly theory and vocal warm-ups, her talent undeniable as she grew older. Music was never an escape for Kit though, sure she had her problems but doesn't everyone? This is the kind of girl that can turn a negative into a positive without breaking a sweat. Her personality is intoxicating, drawing people in like fireflies to a flame. She shines so bright it's hard to stand in her shadow. Making friends was difficult due to her slightly abrasive and flamboyant tendencies. But no one could deny her star power and the Camp was no exception. Now Kit can't wait to get started, to be around people just like her for once instead standing out like a sore thumb. Her hopes include collaborating musically, making a ton of seriously fantastical friends and maybe even having some 'summer lovin.'

Obviously Kit would have nothing today if it weren't for her mom. The strongest woman she knows, Kit and her mom have been on their own since Kit was five and never once has her mom complained or struggled to get by. Elizabeth Barnes is the best role model any young girl could have and Kit knows she got lucky having her for a mom.
~Sugar
Kit is a sucker for candy and sweets. If you offer her candy she is immediately your best friend. Though some would say she doesn't need sugar since she is usually rather hyper.
~Writing music
Kit has notebooks upon notebooks full of lyrics and sheet music. Most of it she thinks is rubbish but some of it could really be something one day. She has packed several empty notebooks for camp and hopes to have them all filled by the end of the summer with music she made not just on her own but with others.

I mean, who wouldn't? But in reality Kit is very pale and finds it impossible to tan even if she had a desire to. Her age old joke is even if she bathed in sunscreen she would still burn. Therefore she plans on bringing the highest spf she can find and sticking to shady trees whenever possible.

Normally an outgoing girl willing to share, sometimes too much, Kit hates talking about her past. She won't tell any stories before she was five, before her dad left. She lets people assume she has only ever had her mom and doesn't correct them when they bring it up. If people did any serious digging they would discover exactly who her father is and his being a very public figure.
~Angst
Kit can't stand to be around people that are gloomy or down. She's been there, it sucked and she decided never to put herself in that position again. Why be miserable? She chooses instead to be happy, to be free from that terrible feeling. It causes her to avoid drama like the plague but in this life it isn't always escapable.

biography :: It might behoove you to get on Tabitha’s good side now, because you might just need her help later on in life. She is destined to become a great doctor or lawyer, or something like that. She has made straight A’s since kindergarten. She was the only kindergartener in her high-end private school that colored inside the
lines and wrote with perfect penmanship. In grade school- when she had moved on to yet another private boarding school- she was the first place winner of every spelling bee, and she was proud of this. However, some think it’s her way of trying to get attention from her too-busy-for-my-own-child parents.
 
appearance :: Standing at 5'11, this pale beauty is a sight to behold. She has long and light brown hair with auburn streaks that catch the sunlight. And who can forgot those amazing light blue/green eyes of hers? Tabby is truly an interesting beauty with full lips and porcelain skin. But don't let her beauty fool you. Tabby is all business with her authoritative walk and commanding presence. She draws the eye and just as quickly forces you to look away with her hard gaze. Though she often tries to soften her appearance her friends are constantly telling her she always looks angry even when she isn't. Whatever the case, you don't want her to catch you staring.
 
style :: Tabby has perfected school girl chic. She wears a lot of skirts and button ups and makes it look model good. It's rare she puts on a pair of heels without purpose. She is a practical dresser and always makes sure nothing is wrinkled. You could say she is always ready to run into someone important and puts her best foot forward, no matter what. But when at home she sticks to the basics: A good pair of skinny jeans and a t-shirt usually does the trick.
 
personality :: A pampered princess perhaps but Tabby is a very serious girl. She never got the childhood most girls did despite her families wealth. Her parents were not bothered to pay attention tot heir precious little girl so she set out to prove herself worthy of their affections. She's never really stopped and even though she has won countless awards and is always top of her class they still don't care. This has caused a deep rooted insecurity in her, she feels if she isn't the best she is worthless. Sometimes she wishes she could just relax and let loose and have fun but then she is gripped by fear and can't bring herself to let her hair down, figuratively speaking. She knows deep inside she is capable of being happy but until someone shows her she can be loved without all the awards she can't allow herself to believe it.
 
everyone has a secret. what’s yours? :: She took to self mutilation to make herself feel alive in her ghost town of a home. It turned into an addiction and now she needs to do it at least twice a week or she starts to lose it. She keeps it well hidden though and no one has discovered her little problem so far.

as easily she would a dream. But the son she treats like a prince and he travels with her and the nanny. She recognized long ago that Tabitha was weak willed and chose quite purposely to rescind her affections for the daughter.

"What makes you say that?" He smirked coyly. The past months had served good for Regulus and Mary. They spent most of their time together walking around the grounds.
